Why we built it
Thousands of profitable SaaS products, stores, content sites and apps change hands every year, but small deals are the hardest to do safely. Open marketplaces rarely check what they list, and brokers usually won't take a business worth less than a few hundred thousand dollars.
StartExus sits in between: an open marketplace with a real review step, clear fees, private deal rooms and escrow-protected closings. We are in early access, growing the marketplace one verified listing at a time.
What we stand for
Verified or it does not list
A real person reviews every listing, its numbers and its owner before buyers see it. We would rather have fewer listings than doubtful ones.
Money moves through escrow
Buyers pay into Escrow.com. Sellers are paid only after the business has been transferred and the buyer confirms it.
Published, fair pricing
Listing is free. We earn a 5% success fee only when a business sells, so we only win when you do.
Built for small deals
Most marketplaces ignore deals under $100k or charge fees that eat them. We focus on $5k–$250k, where most founders actually sell.
