// how it works
A clear, safe path from listing to closing
Human-reviewed listings, private details behind an NDA, direct conversations and optional Escrow.com protection at closing. Here is every step, for both sides.
// for buyers
Find, check and buy with confidence
Browsing, messaging and making offers are free. You see exactly which figures we verified and which are seller-reported.
- 01
Discover
Browse listings whose revenue, traffic and ownership we have checked.
- 02
Sign the NDA
Unlock the URL, financials and documents with one click.
- 03
Agree terms
Message the seller, get on a call and make a structured offer.
- 04
Close the deal
We recommend Escrow.com, so funds are held until you confirm every asset has transferred.
// for sellers
List free, get reviewed, sell safely
You stay in control of who sees what and which offer you accept. We make sure buyers can trust what they see.
- 01
Create your listing
Five short steps, about 15 minutes. Free to list, and no success fee when it sells.
- 02
We review it
A person checks the listing and the proof you provide, usually within 1–2 business days.
- 03
Talk to buyers
Answer questions, share documents with NDA-signed buyers and weigh offers.
- 04
Get paid
Close however you both agree. We recommend Escrow.com: the buyer funds escrow and you are paid once they confirm the transfer.
// the review
What happens before a listing goes live
Every submission is read by a person. We check the listing makes sense, then run up to four checks. Each one that passes becomes a green badge on the listing, naming its source.
Anything we could not confirm is labelled seller-reported. Our review reduces risk; it does not replace your own due diligence.
Seller identity
A real, identifiable person is behind the listing.
Domain ownership
The seller controls the domain being sold.
Revenue
Reported revenue matches the payment processor.
Traffic
Reported traffic matches the analytics account.
// the closing
Recommended: close through Escrow.com
Escrow is optional, but for most deals we recommend it. Neither side has to trust the other with the money: funds are released only after the buyer confirms everything was transferred.
Buyer
Pays the agreed price into escrow, never to the seller directly.
Escrow.com
Holds the money while the business is handed over.
Seller
Is paid only after the buyer confirms every asset arrived.
- 01
Buyer funds escrow
The agreed price goes to Escrow.com, which confirms receipt to both sides.
- 02
Seller transfers
Domain, code, accounts, content and supplier contacts move over, following a checklist.
- 03
Buyer inspects
The buyer checks everything arrived and works as described.
- 04
Funds released
Escrow.com pays the seller, minus its own fee, which buyer and seller agree how to split.
if something is not as described, the dispute is handled before any money is released.
What it costs
Free to list, free to sell, free to buy. No listing fees, no success fee and no buyer fees.
If you close through escrow, note that Escrow.com charges its own fee for holding the funds, which buyer and seller agree how to split.
