JARVIS is a pre-revenue Hinglish AI seller-operations platform for Indian Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho sellers, sold as complete source code and full IP. Sellers type or speak in Hindi, Hinglish or English. JARVIS tracks orders, stock, prices and returns across the three marketplaces, works out GST, commission and profit, drafts claims and keeps a review inbox. Every Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho change waits in an approval queue; approved stock and price changes are applied through the seller's own logged-in browser session with no marketplace API keys, and order actions open the page for the seller to confirm. The build: FastAPI (Python) and React, 9,255 backend tests passing with 81% coverage, an Android app and a one-command Windows installer. One author, so the IP assignment is a single signature. The NDA and purchase agreement are drafted, the code is reviewed on a live screen-share after the NDA, and escrow is welcome. What it is not: it has no users and no revenue yet.
