About this business
SixthCompliance is a pre-revenue software asset for a specialist compliance/tax technology operator. No paying customers or collected revenue, owner-declared. Implemented scope spans KYC/KYB/CDD/EDD casework, documents, UBO and screening adapters, AML/tax modules (DAC6/7/8, ATAD, FATCA/CRS, Pillar Two), risk appetite and a 12-KRI RAF, AI/RAG/orchestration, predictive inference and PDF/Word/Excel reporting. Implementation and verification levels differ by module. Production update, 6 November 2026: audit application fixes are deployed at www.sixthcompliance.com. 2,347 backend tests passed (46 skipped), 287 frontend tests passed and 26 API checks passed. Actual local UI/API/PostgreSQL flows demonstrate MFA challenge/rejection, policy save/reload, RAF snapshot/trend and persistent case creation. The Auth/OTP fixture is synthetic. Persisted DAC6 evidence is present in all six ES/EN PDF/Word/Excel exports tested. Supabase post-migration security advisors returned no notices. CI includes builds, dependency/a11y checks and Chromium/Firefox/WebKit browser tests. Production backend source hashes and frontend release were verified. Released fixes cover role/API scopes, privileged-session MFA, RAF calculation/error handling, atomic policy saves, report content and client routes. External connectors and regulatory logic still need use-case acceptance; model accuracy/calibration, training-data provenance and file-level title/licences are unverified. Risk appetite is a versioned declaration, without a claim of universal automatic enforcement. No bank readiness or regulatory certification is implied. Owner MFA enrollment requires their device. Proposed transfer: defined owned source, implementation rules/prompts and sanitised operating/deployment documentation, subject to file-level title/licence diligence and a signed agreement. Personal/employer/customer data, third-party datasets, provider accounts, API keys, brand and domain are not automatically included. Model rights depend on training provenance. Transition and support must be expressly scoped. Open to non-binding offers for the asset or a defined module licence. No numeric asking price or automatic acceptance. Engineering reuse scenarios are not an appraisal. The six-factor opportunity assessment examines market, differentiation, timing, scalability, execution and exit; no IESE endorsement or valuation is claimed. Established-company transaction multiples are contextual and not applicable directly to a pre-revenue asset.
